Return & Exchange Policy

At That Soul Fit Apparel, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer returns, we do provide exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or missing items. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

We advise customers to unbox packages carefully. If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, returns or exchanges aren’t possible. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ Your order arrived damaged
✅ An item from your order is missing.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

📌 To process any exchange, a clear unboxing video is required.

  • The video must be taken from the moment the package is opened, without cuts or edits.
  • It should clearly show the package label, contents, and any issues.
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Photo evidence is required for damaged or incorrect items

How to Request an Exchange

1️⃣ Email us at contact@thatsoulfit.com with:

  • Name
  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Phone number used for order
  • email id used for order
  • Unboxing video and photo of the incorrect or damaged item.

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
3️⃣ If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost

💡 Note: We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check our size chart before placing an order.

Lost or Missing Items

If your order is missing an item, contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations & Refunds

🚫 We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final unless your order qualifies for an exchange under our policy.
