Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please email us within 2 days of delivery with Unboxing video and photos of the packaging and items.
• Unboxing video and photos are mandatory.
